At Famiazon, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 6-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Return Policy

• You can request a return within 6 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaged properly.
• After 6 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.

Non-returnable items include:

• Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
• Returns requested after the 6-day period.

Refund Policy

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be credited within 5 business days, to your bank account.
